How often

Wire line anchor (all rigs other than Rig 3): Category I daily, Category II weekly, Category IV every 5 years (working days). Appendix B 11.7 adds a weekly / monthly / annual / 5-year program written for the NOV deadline anchor; follow the Rig 4 anchor OEM manual where it differs.
